Hellobox 6 is dead

Hello
After "scam" giving freezing problem i Was bought tiger t20 rezar receiver.
Last 2 weeks before server expired & i purchase cccam server account.
I noticed cccam is more smoothly run on Hellobox 6 compared tiger.
So i keep using Hellobox 6 again.
But day before yesterday it shows "USB" on its panel display.
Remote or other buttons are not working.
So i make software by usb disk (auto _burn.fac)
But still have same issue.
So i try another software again.
Now it shows "on"
& tv screen shows "Hellobox logo."
So i try Rs232 upgrade but it always fail.
I Don't know why.
Can anybody help me to correct this issue?
