Firmware hellobox B1

hellobox B1 does not connect via Bluetooth in some TPS is something rare why until recently if it connected. please if you provide me with the firmware maybe solve the problem thanks

Kindly explain how can we check our B1 version and how can we update it to latest version???

For B1，What's your situation now？
Please help us to update the B1 .since I am not aware about how to update it .kindly upload step wise mannual or if you have any video to upate the same kindly upload it...
