I'm in New Zealand, and I'm receiving "freeview" FTA satellite TV signal. All of the muxes work fine with Hellobox Smart S2, except for one mux:

It just shows blank screen like this:

(the quality is bad right now, because of heavy rain and it's like that on all muxes, but this happens also when the quality is much better >60%)
Looking at codec info on VLC, there is data received, but nothing demuxed:

Is there any further debugging information I can provide? To get to the bottom of it?
