Hellobox smart s2 stopped working after firmware upgrade.

Pls i need help urgently. My hellobox s2 stop receiving satellite signal and all channels not showing on the list after 06/03/2019 firmware upgrade. Please help.

Mine didn't bring the frequency to search at all. When i click installation the frequency part is always blank.

Plz check the network of your smarts2, may be you should config network again

I can only use mine box as sat finder but not as dvb player.
After update since 2018 it never got connected via my wifi.
It never saves my wifi password, due to this I cannot update it to latest firmware via OTA.
I have posted in this forum multiple times but never got satisfied.
Someone pls pls help us to get this amazing box work in proper manner.
