Please include codec for video compatibility 4: 2: 2. Some feeds transmit video in standard 4: 2: 2.

A problem I'm facing with the Hellobox Smart S2 is the SoftFinder's function. The use of the DVBFinder app. In the 'HELLOBOX B1' works without problems by connecting it in a PowerBank. In the 'HELLOBOX SMART S2' Unfortunately connecting it in two different PowerBanks does not work, does not connect the device at the DVBFinder app via Bluetooth. This DVBFinder function only opened with an original source switchned on the electrical source. With PowerBank does not work. Something that works perfectly in Hellobox B1. I do not know if anyone has been facing the same problem?

Dear, Smart S2 has embedded WiFi, so it makes more power consumption than B1. Please use power bank with 2A output port.
For B1, 1A is enough.

On the specifications of the S2 Box you say that it have a embed Wi-Fi ...but it doesn't...
It only work if it is connected to a router...with wi-fi...so...why you announce it on the specs if it don't have any wi-fi module...??
