Hellobox Smart S2 with Low Signal Quality

Hello, today my Hellobox Smart S2 came to me, when connected to the antenna it gives me low percentages of signal and quality, the antenna is well oriented, since with the Hellobox V7 HD it gives me excellent quality and signal.
How can this problem be corrected in the Hellobox Smart S2?

Due to low signal many tp no signal and glitiching screen other box show 80 to 90 % but smart s2 only show 36 to 40 % why

Also, I have the problem of maximum signal and the quality is at my max. Signal 73 and the quality of 54 victor from it.
