Connect to router by cable

I want to know how to connect smart s2 to router by cable, I connected it but nothing happened and no channels seen

Can you find smarts2 in DVBPlayer APP? Make sure that boxes and mobile and router are on the same network. If they all succeed, search for channel.

Yes they are all on the same network
I can already find channels If i connect via wifi, but when I try to connect via cable no channels appear

Make sure the cable is good.
