Hellobox Smart S2 - wifi connection error

Unfortunately, my receiver cannot connect to Wi-Fi, it does not recognize the router's access code, it seems that it is due to an update with manufacturer's failures, this must be resolved urgently, indicating how we can solve the problem. I have stopped using it because it does not connect me via Wi-Fi or Lan network cable. Hopefully the technical support of the brand will manifest itself quickly.
