Hellobox s2 always disconnect

Hello.
I buy hellobox s2. But when i connect the box via bluetooth its autometically disconnect after 5 sec on my samsung galaxy j8.
Can any1 help me out to solve this issue.

Which app do you use? DVBPlayer or DVBFinder
What is the Android version?

I use dvb finder app and dvb player as well.
