CCcam Function in Hellobox Smart s2

Hi, after putting the CCCam details in the Hellobox s2 CCcam., two small computers with red X sign are shown on top of the screen. Does it mean it is connected?

No，"two small computers with red X sign"means connected failed（the green icon is connected success）, maybe your cccam account is wrong,plz check it again.
