NEED auto_update.bin FILE or firmware file FOR HELLOBOX SMART S2

MY BAD LUCK
I RECEIVED NOT WORKING BOX FROM ALIEXPRESS
only bluetooth connected for few seconds
but no signal show
i tried with inverto lnb without any disque switch
i tried on many brand phone
i tried with lan cable
i tried with wifi
i tried with DvBFinder app
i tried with DVBplayer app
only bluetooth connected for few seconds & and disconnected
other parts of box not responding
nothing Happened else
I TRIED EVERYTHING ,BUT THIS BOX IS NOT WORKING
MORE CHANCES BOX HARDWARE FAULTY
FEW PERCENT CHANCES BOX FIRMWARE REMOVED
normally these box auto updated from online
but
IF ANY BODY HAVE HELLOBOX SMART S2 AUTO_UPDATE.bin FILE
or hellobox smart s2 firmware file please upload or send link

Need to use original power supply and cable !

i always use original charger and cable
i also try other branded charger and cable
but problem not solved

Dear, Could you test it again without satellite cable connection?

Yes sir I test it with and without the satellite cable ,but box not responding only Bluetooth chip working

No reply and no others posting on this product so I am guessing there was never any kind of fix for this fellow !

Dear Sir,
Could you take a picture of the power adapter you are using now? I think the problem may be from the power supply.

Your box is dead, burn this bin files into flash with a computer.

Hey. Tell the principle of firmware with a computer. What should I do to see the computer box?
