DVBPlayer 1.8 release
Update:
1. Add lock/hide channel feature
2. Add alphabet,TP,FTA/CAS sorting order (in channels list and channels edit)
3. Add select default Audio Track in Settings
4. Add "SELECT ALL" option in channel delete menu
5. Fix bugs

* Working:
-Sorting order
-Default Audio Track
-SELECT ALL option in channel delete menu
*Not working:
-Add lock/hide channel feature (When click Edit not open, just show "please wait" then disappeared)

If u want to lock/hide channel，u should long press the channel to open the edit menu.
