QR SCAN PROBLEM

Could not scan Hellobox 8 QR Code using DVB Finder App . Same issue is also in Scam +. But DVB player is working well. Please help me to fix this issue. Scam + License is only few months left.

What's the problem with DVBFinder?

Could not scan the QR Code with DVB Finder. Net Client is not activating in CCCAM

dvb finder does not work when scanning the QR code does not link it only gives the sound and puts device not connected in Hellobox 8
