DVB Finder Signal Not Active

Hello Folks, please I just bought Hello box Smart S2 and I find it difficult to track satellite signals. Signal strength and quality are virtually blank and no readings recorded. However I am able to connect via Bluetooth and GPS locations detected. How can I can track signal strength and quality and which brand or type of smart phone is best for tracking signals using DVB Finder application? Thank you.

When using dvbfinder, make sure that the dvbplayer has completely closed.
