Qr scan issue

There is a problem to scan the qr code.
When I scan the qr code then code is generated but when I enter the same code in to the receiver then a pop up show " Invalid key".
Please do helpfull .

Already informed all hellobox lovers that We are updating Server so some features may not work.

Dvb finder app is displaying "the license code is invalid, please enter a new one".
