Please how can I UNPAIR remote on hellobox v5 plus, I use my Uniquesat remote to pair with hellobox, now the remote is control two of them, and I don't want it like that

A factory reset will not work. After the reset, I select Americas. I restored the latest firmware (software only) and the receiver did not respond to the paired remote. I then restored my channels from my dump. On reboot, the receiver still responds to the paired remote! What else needs to be done to unpair the remote?

Use another remote that cannot operate your decoder to pair it with hellobox, then it will confuse the hellobox, it will not respond to that remote again

I am not sure what you are saying to do. The new remote is paired with the hellobox and so is the original control. They both work. How to unpair just the new remote? Reset does not work.

Hello everyone! please I need to get a new remote control. The one that came with the receiver suddenly stopped working and I had to pair another one. But in an advent of upgrading to the latest firmware, the paired remote has been unable to function again and I am stocked at the general menu page.
