Blue color channel not run in My box

Hello please help me..
After one month in my smart s2 box
Blue color channel not working please help me ...
I give you a request before but not reply ...Image

For me , i don't have blue colour any more , only in yellow and not connected (hotbird 13E)

Yellow means account expired or not activated.
