i have a new Hellobox V5 Plus. We are in Europe and i need the Astra Satelite 19,2E
In the Hellobox are 3TP saved but Astra hast 107 TP.
How can i install the 107 TP?

The box is new, made a update and now BESTTV is an Error 404 nothing happens any more

Is there any other box can search 107tp available?
if not,may be your antenna is not aligned with the satellite.
if right,may be you should set the correct LNB freq .
