3 hours run this receiver duty time! this receiver release no sound often

Are you playing encryption?

That's what happened to me. Encrypted skincare products will be available. PowerVu/Biss. After decryption. No sound after switching. The same goes for subtitles. A caption carton appears and an abnormal caption display is required.

We are dealing with this problem. It's really serious and it's recurring.
