if the powervu does not work on your box, but others say it works well, please check these point:

1. make sure you use the latest firmware, and select the right satellite. The auto roll doesnot work if the satellite longitude is wrong.
2. Make sure you connect the network correctly, and you see the popup "powervu type 3" when bootup, not "type 1" or "type 2"
3. If autoroll doesn't work, you can input ecm key by hand.

Also there are some powervu programs we can not support, we are sorry for that.

Good morning. Today morning i updated my Hellobox V5+.
I updated software only because if i select all code than my channel list will change. so i always choose this option. currently i watching Dish tv 95 & Sky net.
please inform me if i choose only software what i will missed in this update. which option is best please inform me that also.
in this update well come logo changed to Hellobox V8.

Good Morning. yesterday i updated my hellobox v5 plus. I found there is something new. But I lost my some channel & satellite from my list. So i try to go back my previous version. I try to load my bin file but failed. Do you help me to do so please !
On line update also failed.
