I have upgraded to version 14/8 but still the favorite has disappeared.
I rolled back.
is there a way to keep favorites?

Followed instructions.
Left Arrow on box for 10 seconds brought up the remote on the screen.
Hit 1 1 1
No response
Hit 0 0 0
No Response from 3 different remotes.

Because the old version did not add this function, so did not keep the fav.
The new version will be saved after upgrading.

There is no way to enter emmkey manually. It'll calculates the key automatically.
