Scam Recharge Problem

Hello Dear Admin or Moderator,
I am from Bangladesh & I have international visa card as usual
I have tried to buy scam code for one year but during transaction time one screen came then nothing happened for next step
I have tried plenty times but same problem facing
Have a look that screen with attachment
Even I tried Another International master card but same problem
Can you add more payment option like American Express card(Amex card)
Please give a solution

Visa payment is not supported.

Try mastercard International debit card but same problem
