In india many users using hellobox 8 almost all boxes stuck in red light issue due to many bugs in software

Many issue in this box software not resolved yet

same issue.. stuck after update firmware.. show channel 1 only.. anyone can help me?

Well, if it's the older Hellobox 8 that you still have, then consider asking for a replacement.. the new box is working fine

I own the old Hellobox 8 which still works, I don't know until when...

For information:

Is there anyone who has successfully resurrected a dead Hellobox 8 with only the red LED, with the RS 232 mode?
