somebody can help me?
I have problem of my hellobox V 5 plus.
CCCAM account is not working I tried several times,but nothing changed.
It tries connect but it refuses.and says, client disconnected.
it is now a week.
Please I am waiting for your help.

first check your network, if the network is good, maybe your account is expired.

my problem of cccam account of my hellobox v5 plus,nobody helped.
someone told me that maybe problem is internet or account expired.but not.because i bought account of year.and about internet,i tried 3G also 4G wireless.but nothing.but I put this account in strong 4920 worked.starsat 6969 vega also working.the problem as I see,it is hellobox.
