Care in loading software via USB

One should take these precautions in loading software via USB unto your box.
First make sure you use a clean USB preferable a new and separate USB for the box only.
Format USB either old or new before using it for software transfer.
Make sure your medium for software download either computer or phone is virus free...
Hope this will help to avoid some of the causes of box malfunction..
