Hello this is my 3rd day of hellobox8 suddenly i got lines on pictures on every channels
I tried this methode to solve this issue but i feiled
1) change HDMI cable - notging change
2) tried av cable - no change
3) change power supply adeptor - result is 0
4) software upgrade - no changes on lines on screen
Please help me how solve this problem
Is this my good decision to buy hellobox8 ?
I hope my issue will sort out
