Intelsat 66 sony again off

Hello
From today intelsat 66 sony network again off..please provide new software..hellobox team is not providing software regularly..i dont why..other stb provides firmware regularly.

Have you tried connecting to the internet to update the power vu keys?
Or you may try moving a couple of cm/inches to 68.5east...working fine there..

Yes 68.5 is working fine..
66 is off. I connected to ineternet and updated powervu keys..but channels are scrambled..
