Would be nice if you could talk about the benefit in your box and recommend it to a lot more people..

I bought my box from the advertisement on this forum thru Aliexpress mine is not a fake , but i am not having most of the problems that i am reading from other members , update corrected the audio problem but still no solution for the dish moving problem.

I have downloaded your Hellobox 8 firmware release 20191031 rar file. But when extract the file error showing "The Archive is either in unknown format or damaged". Actually I don't understand rar extension will be change to bin or it has been damaged? Kindly guide me. Another question this file can I upgrade via pen drive? attached with print shot.
