I have downloaded only "Hellobox 8 firmware release 20191031" rar file and extract the file by winrar software and showing error. Kindly help me.

My dear friend you seems to get everything working well for your Hellobox8..can't understand why a lot of complaints or do we have "fakes" (boxes) in the system?...
Would be nice if you could talk about the benefit in your box and recommend it to a lot more people..

I really don't know why all these defective boxes... for this reason for now I cannot recommend the purchase

Hellobox 8 is not the perfection, there are various bugs for example timer recordings are unreliable, long lasting manual recordings stop before the program ends... but considering some special featurest in comparison to other boxes, like t2-mi and multistream thats works well, the price is not bad as long as it works...

My Hellobox 8 works normally after update, usb is regularly recognized

Hellobox 8 support multistream signals, other boxes do it but are all more expensive, this is one of several reasons why I bought it

1t's not possible insert PLS code but seems that are not necessary

Important note:
check software update time in "Mainmenu->Tools->Latest update" before upgrading!
If your current update time is earlier than 20190812, for example 20190725, you should use one of the two methods below to avoid audio problem.
Method 1: Upgrade by using "auto_burn.fac".(your settings/channels will lost by this method)
Method 2: Upgrade this version twice: first USB upgrade the 20191031 version, after the box reboot, USB upgrade the 20191031 vresion again!
If your current update time is later than 20190812, such as 20190814, 20190906, just ignore this note.
