Dvb app crash

Dear friend admin Whenever I open the app and go live and select some channels from the usa file then the app crash Please solve this problem

HELLOBOX 8 NEW not connec DVB PLAYER (HP Andoid)...
wifi on HP & hellobox 8 new is on..
any solution ?...
