Does anyone have the problem of the decoder freezing until powering it off using this software?

After this update, my wifi-stick not working and my remote control is bad too.

Some suggestions to the engineers..if for some reason they cannot keep up with timely update, then they could make the hellobox software open source so others could contribute to software update..

i cannot open this file this is what show
The file 'k5_ddr2_vision_cstm_hbplus_20191109A.rar' is not a RAR archive. :?: any idea
