Hello box 8 death

My hello box 8 was death after 2019/12 firmware update . Showing red light only!!!. Its boots every after 3days and few minutes working then death.plz give me a solution???

My Hellobox 8 also dead, I don't know how to revive it. If you guys had this issue and solve this, please give me the information how to do this.

You will need to give more details. Is this the old version or the new one, also are there any lights on the front.

Igual me ha sucedido con mi caja, es de la primera versión, después de actualizarla con la última versión no funciona, no arranca, solo queda con el led rojo encendido.

He tratado de recuperar la caja con las opciones que se plantean en viewtopic.php?f=25&t=14226 y no he tenido éxito.

I have a new version, I connected my box with my mobile phone and searching for satellite channels it was going 70 or 80% suddenly receiver was stuck, and waiting long time, after that I removed power and reconnected it was open but it seems stuck it did not respond remote control as well as receiver button. What is the solution?

When using a mobile phone to control the device, the device does not respond to any input from the remote control.
