Please house i need your help. On the process of updating my Hellobox V5 plus, after burning the old software, the box went off, and couldn't fill the new one, later powered on, and remain like that.

Pls. Engineers in house what should i do to make it working?

Is there no way to get back Sony and AFN packages? Have engineers and programmers stopped working on it?... If yes, they should tell us..we've been in suspense for too long...
