Hellobox 8 Remote Control not detecting

I'm using Hellobox 8 for more than 8 months and now the remote control not detected by the receiver. But there is no issue with the remote control but with the receiver.
Currently, I'm using the DVB player app to change channels.
I'm scared to reset the receiver because there is no option to access the menu after reset the receiver.
Since the network configurations get lost after reset.
Could someone please help me to resolve this issue.
