can't add m3u to hellobox 8

Hi Guys,

I just received my hellobox 8. I tried to add my m3u, following the instructions to create a file named mtb_list and past my m3u line to it and use a USB- but, it does not work. I get an error when I open Mytube or M3U Player. Also, it seems the receiver does not allow to download other apps, other than the existing ones. Could you help.

M3U Player can download only simplified playlist in playlist.m3u format

Question to the moderators, what should be added to the list so that you can create a separate folder with the list of channels as LIVE

I am very disappointed to find out that Hellobox 8 is no good for anything. No option to download new apps and can not upload my m3u to the existing apps such Mytube, or M3u PLayer. I understood from the reply to my thread that Hellobox 8 can only upload a simple channel m3u rather than my IPTV group.

Can anyone please explain further whether I am wrong or right? Are you experiencing similar issues? I waited for this box to be delivered from China for 10 days and cost me £33. The box does not seem to be able to take on iptv or can make use of any apps.

1. Upload your playlist.m3u to a flash drive.
2. connect the flash drive to Hellobox 8
3. open the M3u PLayer applications (if M3u PLayer is open then press OK => red button)
4. A window will appear to select ... .m3u file
5. select the one ... .m3u from the list (the list you want to open if you have several) and press the yellow button.
6. the list will be loaded
7. watch IPTV channels.

The next time you open M3u PLayer, the list of IPTV channels will automatically load

I did this process but it did not work. I get an error. How do you upload the m3u list to the USB. what name do you use for the file. could you explain the process please. I must be doing something wrong

3. I opened Mytube, clicked on right. I can see blue icon (USB upload). a number 1 appear, I click on it and take 3 seconds and then I got "play error"

Could you please give me an example what I need to copy and past to make mtb_list file recognised by Hellobox 8 Mytube app?

Could you please convert details below, and write an example to what I need to write in mtb_list file.
do I need to stat with # EXTM3U.....or #EXTINF: -1, channel name? do I need to remove _plus from m3u line below?

I clicked on blue icon (USB Upload). I got 0001 IPTV folder in left side of Mytube. when I clicked on 0001 IPTV, I got an error "Play error" I also tried again by removing _plus and still same error
