Hellobox 8 recording problem

Hi, I just bought the Hellobox 8 with the latest s/w version, all is good but I hace a problem the recordings stop before they should, programmed of direct they stop for no reason, I use to record some shows for 5-6 hours and when I came back it only recorded 3 hours, or if I let it recording for 3 hours it records 2.

All my HDD are fine, I have actually a Hellobox V5 with old version and that works good with recordings, I don´t want to return this one, please help me!!!

Timer scheduled recordings sometimes work, sometimes not!

With the decoder in standby mode , timer scheduled recordings sometimes work, sometimes not... more no than yes (even if I inserts all the right settings and the and the clock is is Ok...)

With the decoder On, timer scheduled recordings seem to work well

If I program Timer and then leave the decoder in standby mode Hellobox 8 turns on at the scheduled time then a sign appears with the words: go to standby in 15 sec. and does not record anything... (even if I inserts all the right settings and the clock is is Ok...)

Leaving the decoder turned on is a useless power consumption...

All decoders I own start scheduled recordings from standby...

Is it possible to make scheduled recordings work even if Hellobox 8 is left on standby?

does it also happen to someone else?

Very long recordings (many hours) end before scheduled time!

This happens both with manual and timer recording...

And it's not a problem of USB or HDD capacity...

If all bugs of Hellobox 8 were fixed could become a good box...

Though I start thinking that all these problems of Hellobox 8 will never be solved

I'm sorry to say because despite everything I like Hellobox 8, but it seems like they didn't do anything to fix it...

we are sorry about this problem, it need totally rewrite about the file system.
Recording for more than 4G would not be available is short time.
