Uncompatible with Mi note 3 and some Mi phone

Dvb player dosen't work on My Mi note 3 and some Mi phone. When I try to connect via wifi, always show 'box connect failed'.but dvb finder working. I tried every updates. I want to know why? plese fix it as soons as possible.

We tested most of Mi phones are OK.
Uninstall the DVBPlayer,then install the latest version of DVBPlayer and try again.
Maybe it will work . If not ,show me more information,such as Android version and smartbox s2 box version.
