SCAM+ Not opening 36.0E

Admins please check SCAm Server it has stopped opening Zap Package channels at 36.0 E please... I sell Hellobox Decoders in my country ,my customers are complaining that it's not opening... please help am losing customers

Can we give attention to this request? We need Scam to open 36.0E (Eutelsat). Please let's get it to work.
