after upgrading when i try to upgrade user data it stuck at logo?
now i updated through rs232
tell me how to upgrade users data.....

Did you use full dump file to upgrade the users data?

when i try to upgrade user data from previous version of hello box its stuck at logo........ i mean December updated i create dumb file before updating to 17 January version...
before 17 January .. user data easily updated...... from any file.....


when i try to add user data through original dumb file which i create before updating to hellobox 6 ......it says file not supported or something like that...

after upgrade facing issue internet connect box is hang then power off and on then working 3 or 5 mint then hang

please fix it and DVB Player also not working

DO NOT try modify anything except HelloMerger tool supported.

Because of the flash size limitation,can not add this feature.

This is why it would be wise to release 7601 and 5370 firmware independently. Having both in single firmware along with new features are causing issues such as hanging and reboots etc....
