Hello I have a hellobox 6 I have put the firmware of hellobox v5 plus it works perfectly, now I want to go back to the original firmware of hellobox 6, how can I do it? I have tried to pass the latest firmware on 09 02 2021 I get a warning not supported. a greeting

Try renaming the latest software auto_burn .fac and use it to flash the box..as soon as the flashing process is complete ,do delete the auto_burn.fac(software) from the flash drive immediately.
