Ac3 lockup

I am having a problem with my Hellobox V5 Plus such that it is locking up on some of the tv channels with ac3 audio, the only way to regain control of the receiver is to remove the satellite cable and power off and on again. If I change the audio for the channel causing the lockup I would get video but no audio on that channel and the receiver will work normally. Would you be able to assist me with correcting this issue? also the audio on this receiver is half the volume level of that on all my other video sources.

Is the channel encrypted?

It locks up on both encrypted and free to air channels.

tp 3790H: Sr 11936
tp 3808H: Sr 16303
The receiver locks up on those channels with ac3 audio.

please check if you are using the latest firmware for V5 plus, as I remembered the old version would has this kind of problem.
if you have already upgraded to the latest version, and the audio problme is still existed, please record a stream file from this TP and send to us for debugging. thanks!
