Interest on this topic since I am using this kind of thing. Mine is Tanaka T22 K5S and now, I just looking for new SW for it.
So, is it using RT type of wifi dongle or something ,..,, And Why I cannot download the SW, is there any restriction system, please help

Depending on NS-HP model received no suffix, -5, or -10, indicated on the label, need to update with correct update firmware for that model; otherwise results in such error code output. That is, NS-HP loaded with NS-HP-5 firmware, or NS-HP-5 loaded with NS-HP-10 firmware will result in such error message.
