This is the first firmware relase for v5, if you have a Hellobox V5, you can upgrade with this new-designed firmware.
Please keep Upgrade mode(ALL) for the first time upgrading to Hellobox V5....If you upgrade other modes, it will crash.

No, it is still Hellobox V5. Please select upgrade mode（all ）when upgrading

Hi, I tried to update the new firmware but it is telling unsupported. Pls help, I noticed that ever since I've upgraded to scam+ version 2.0 everything on my decoder change, and I can't go back to the original factory background and settings. Please help

Still telling me unsupported. This is what I did, I downloaded the new updated firmware and rename it as autoburn_fac.bin saved it and copy to pendrive then I connect it to my hellobox v5hd.i switched it off and on then go to USB upgrade to run d firmware but still telling me unsupported.
