I don’t see any sense for updating to this new firmware 20210414A Reason: none of the multiple errors that are present in the firmware has not been fixed:
1. Hellobox8 preset channel backup not working please fix it.

H8 latest firmware version is hanging when connected to iptv. So frustrating, please fix this issue, can't use iptv due to freezing i don't know if it is only my stb. I have done factory reset several times but experiencing the same problem within the channels.

I admire your patience since I have seen many threads for this issue which you are keeping post. I would say it's almost no possibility to make the engineer adopt your good suggestion. I give up waiting for this function. I have bought another product that is good for customizing inputting `plsn` for the channel of ST-2. That's very wonderful, I never necessary to take the patience to wait for the non-possible things anymore. Moreover, the significance is that that box takes less cost than hello box 8 however supply more functions.
