What dose channel numbers color mean?

I noticed regular open channel numbers always white color.

What do blue and yellow colors mean with channel numbers with $ sign ?

The blue one that the box can be decrypted by scam.
The Yellow one that the channel can be decrypted, but app has not yet been accessed to the box to the state,or scam expires.

Why channel not decrypted (open) while number color is blue ?

Blue channels can be decrypted at the moment when the app is opened. The color status obtained from the server is delayed, so it may become blue but can not be decrypted. On the contrary, channels that have not become blue can not be decrypted.
