Auto roll biss and powervu isn't working

My Hellobox V5 S/N BFA9438F113DFB54 with latest version of 2019-03-11, is not auto roll biss and powervu. Please what should I do to correct this error, am unable to watch AFN with the receiver. Please help

My box hellobox v5 Plus not update 25 12 18 and Eid air not working box serial number hellobox HD 2181 1200 325are bhai iska software upgrade karne ke liye koi koshish Karega ya waise paise laga diye
