Remote Control For Hellobox

Hi all, where can i buy a spare remote control for the Hellobox V5/V5 Plus receiver ? I checked in AliExpress, Banggood, DHGate etc., but not able to find any seller offering a remote control for the GSky/Hellobox brand. Please help, if anyone has some info about the availability . Hello everyone! please I need to get a new remote control. The one that came with the receiver suddenly stopped working and I had to pair another one. But in an advent of upgrading to the latest firmware, the paired remote has been unable to function again and I am stocked at the general menu page.

PLEASE I need to get a new remote control !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know this, but after i updated my v5plus with the latest firmware the paired RCU is not working again.
