Hellobox V5 Plus - BESTTV app don't work

Hello, I upgraded my receiver and now i have this.

H/W Version v1.0.0
S/W Version v1.0.0
Bootloader version 20160107
Latest update 2019/01/29 14:18:33
And serial number

In my decoder BESTTV app doesn't work so I don't have IPTV.
Every progam says:"ERROR 404 NOT FOUND"

My account expires 30.04.2019

In NETWORK LOCAL SETTING - Network status Connected
But in NET CLIENT CONFIG - CLIENT IS NOT ACTIVE (what does it mean?)

What can I do to fix it?
I tried on three's internet provider.
Only works satellitte programs.

besttv app need active code, which is not free

I know that. I bought new receiver and it doesn't work.
I have 3months trial IPTV.
All programs have sign: 404 not found.
