update firmware

hello
I downloaded the latest Hellobox 8 firmware version 20211122A... but when I try to update via USB the deco doesn't recognize it... what am I doing wrong?

My dear friend, maybe the file is still archived ( ie .rar or .zip).. you need to extract it (into .bin) before you can use it.
