Hello.

First of all thanks to you for releasing 2022 first sw update.
After installing this update my hellobox 6 was hanged. When opening youtube or watching any channel my remote control buttons are not working or not responding my box.
Even few second after it gonna stop mode.
I think there is some bug in this software.
So i again downgrade my box.

How to upgrade this ? I extracted rar on the root of my usb drive, but when i put that usb in my hellobox v5 plus it sees upgrade file but then it says unsupported, and i cannot upgrade
